Viewing Team Members

This guide explains how to view and navigate the list of team members in your organization.

Accessing the Team Members Page

  1. Log in to your account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
  2. Navigate to the Admin menu in the navigation bar
  3. Select "Organization Members" from the dropdown menu
  4. Alternatively, go directly to https://app.oneclickworker.com/admin/org-members

Note: You must have one of the following roles to access this page:

  • ADMIN
  • EMPLOYER
  • RECRUITER

Understanding the Team Members List

The Organization Members page displays a table with the following information for each team member:

Table Columns

  1. Email

    • The email address of the team member
    • This is the primary identifier for each user
  2. Joined

    • The date when the team member joined your organization
    • Displayed in your local date format

What You Can See

The Organization Members page provides a comprehensive view of all users who are currently part of your organization. This includes:

  • Users who were invited and have accepted their invitations
  • Users who were added directly to the organization
  • The organization owner/administrator

Note: This page does not show pending invitations. To view pending invitations, go to the Invites page.

If your organization has more than 10 team members, they will be displayed across multiple pages:

Pagination Controls

At the bottom of the team members list, you'll find pagination controls that allow you to:

  1. View Page Information

    • Shows which results you're currently viewing (e.g., "Showing 1 to 10 of 25 results")
  2. Navigate Between Pages

    • Previous button: Go to the previous page of results
    • Next button: Go to the next page of results

How to Navigate

  1. To go to the next page:

    • Click the "Next" button at the bottom of the table
    • The button will be disabled if you're on the last page
  2. To go to the previous page:

    • Click the "Previous" button at the bottom of the table
    • The button will be disabled if you're on the first page
  3. To go to a specific page:

    • In the desktop view, you can click on the page number directly
    • In the mobile view, use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate

URL Parameters

The page you're viewing is reflected in the URL:

  • Default (first page): https://app.oneclickworker.com/admin/org-members
  • Specific page: https://app.oneclickworker.com/admin/org-members?page=2

You can navigate directly to a specific page by changing the page parameter in the URL.

Refreshing the Data

The team members list is loaded when you first access the page. To see the most up-to-date information:

  1. Refresh your browser page to reload the latest data
  2. This is particularly important after inviting new members or after members accept invitations

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues viewing the team members list:

  1. Loading Message Persists

    • Try refreshing the page
    • Check your internet connection
    • Ensure you're logged in with the correct account
  2. Error Message Appears

    • Note the specific error message
    • Refresh the page to try again
    • If the error persists, contact support
  3. Expected Team Member Not Listed

    • Check if their invitation is still pending on the Invites page
    • Verify that their email address is correct
    • Confirm that they have accepted the invitation
