Accessing Job Fit Settings
- Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/.
- In the main navigation menu, click Admin.
- Click on AI Settings.
- Click Job Fit Settings.
Customizing Job Fit Settings
- On the Job Fit Settings page, review the available criteria (skills, experience, education, etc.).
- Adjust the weighting sliders for each criterion to reflect your organization's priorities.
- Click Save Settings to apply your changes.
- The AI will use the updated settings for all future candidate recommendations.
