Overview

Custom job fit settings allow organizations to tailor the criteria used by the OCW AI to recommend candidates for open roles. Admins can adjust weightings and criteria to align recommendations with organizational priorities.

Accessing Job Fit Settings

1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/.
2. In the main navigation menu, click Admin.
3. Click on AI Settings.
4. Click Job Fit Settings.

Customizing Job Fit Settings

1. On the Job Fit Settings page, review the available criteria (skills, experience, education, etc.).
2. Adjust the weighting sliders for each criterion to reflect your organization's priorities.
3. Click Save Settings to apply your changes.
4. The AI will use the updated settings for all future candidate recommendations.
