Profile Management

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for managing your profile information in OneClickWorker.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Log in to OneClickWorker with your credentials
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen
  3. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu

Viewing Your Profile Information

The Profile page displays your personal information, including:

  • Profile picture
  • Name
  • Email address
  • Role
  • Organization (if applicable)

Updating Your Profile Picture

Your profile picture is displayed throughout the OneClickWorker platform and helps others identify you. To update your profile picture:

  1. Navigate to the Profile page
  2. Locate the profile picture section at the top of the page
  3. Click the "Change Picture" button
  4. Select an image file from your device (supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF)
  5. The image will be uploaded and automatically cropped to fit the circular profile picture format
  6. Once uploaded, your new profile picture will be displayed immediately

Note: For best results, use a square image with dimensions of at least 200x200 pixels.

Updating Your Employee ID

If your organization uses employee IDs, you can update yours by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Profile page
  2. Locate the Employee ID field
  3. Click the "Edit" button next to the Employee ID
  4. Enter your new Employee ID in the field
  5. Click "Save" to update your Employee ID

Note: Employee IDs must be unique within your organization. If you enter an ID that is already in use, you will receive an error message.

Viewing Organization Information

If you are part of an organization, your profile page will display:

  • Organization name
  • Your role within the organization
  • A link to view your organization's profile

To view your organization's profile:

  1. Navigate to the Profile page
  2. Locate the Organization section
  3. Click the "View Organization" link

Role Information

Your profile displays your current role in the system, which determines your access permissions and available features. Common roles include:

  • Candidate
  • Employer
  • Recruiter
  • Admin

Your role is assigned during account creation or by an administrator and cannot be changed directly through the profile page.

Privacy Considerations

Your profile information may be visible to other users of the OneClickWorker platform, depending on your role and their permissions. Consider the following privacy guidelines:

  • Use a professional profile picture
  • Ensure your name is displayed correctly
  • Use an employee ID that complies with your organization's policies
