Managing Basic Organization Information

This guide covers how to manage the basic information for your organization profile.

Accessing the Organization Settings

  1. Log in to your account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
  2. Navigate to the Organization Settings page at https://app.oneclickworker.com/organization

Basic Information Fields

Organization Name

Field Name: Organization Name
Required: Yes

This is the official name of your organization that will be displayed on your profile and job listings.

Guidelines:

  • Use your full legal company name or recognized business name
  • Avoid using special characters or excessive capitalization
  • Maximum length: 100 characters

Field Name: Logo
Required: No, but highly recommended

Your organization's logo will be displayed on your profile page and job listings.

Guidelines:

  • Recommended size: Square format (1:1 ratio)
  • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG
  • Maximum file size: 5MB
  • Recommended resolution: At least 400x400 pixels
  • Transparent background (PNG) works best

To upload a logo:

  1. Click the "Choose File" button in the Logo section
  2. Select your logo file from your computer
  3. The system will automatically upload and display a preview of your logo
  4. If you need to change it, simply upload a new file

Industry

Field Name: Industry
Required: No

Select the industry that best represents your organization's primary business sector.

Available options include:

  • Technology
  • Healthcare
  • Finance
  • Education
  • Retail
  • Manufacturing
  • Media & Entertainment
  • Government
  • Non-profit
  • And many more

Why it matters:

  • Helps job seekers find organizations in their preferred industry
  • Improves matching with relevant candidates
  • Provides context for your organization profile

Number of Employees

Field Name: Number of Employees
Required: No

Enter the approximate number of employees currently working at your organization.

Guidelines:

  • Enter a whole number (no decimals or text)
  • This helps candidates understand the size of your organization
  • You can update this number as your organization grows

Description

Field Name: Description
Required: No, but highly recommended

Provide a comprehensive overview of your organization, including its mission, vision, and key information.

Guidelines:

  • Write in clear, professional language
  • Recommended length: 100-500 words
  • Include information about:
    • What your organization does
    • When it was founded
    • Key products or services
    • Mission and values
    • What makes your organization unique
  • Avoid excessive jargon or technical terms
  • Format with paragraphs for readability

Saving Your Changes

After entering or updating your organization's basic information:

  1. Review all fields for accuracy
  2. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form
  3. Wait for the confirmation message that indicates your changes have been saved
  4. Your changes will be immediately reflected on your public organization profile

Viewing Your Public Profile

To see how your organization profile appears to the public:

  1. After saving your changes, visit your organization's public profile page
  2. You can access this page through your subdomain: [your-subdomain].app.oneclickworker.com
  3. Or through the direct link: https://app.oneclickworker.com/organizations/[your-organization-id] There is a link to your organization page in the text at the top of this page: https://app.oneclickworker.com/organization where you can click on 'View organization profile'. After uploading your logo, entering some information about your organization and creating some job listings users will be able to click the logo to reach your organization page and click the job listings button to view the job listings offered by your firm

  • Be authentic: Provide accurate information that truly represents your organization
  • Consider your audience: Write with potential job applicants in mind
  • Complete all fields: Organizations with complete profiles attract more qualified candidates
