Using the Client Pipeline View

This guide explains how to use the Kanban pipeline view to visualize and manage your client relationships in OneClickWorker.

Accessing the Pipeline View

  1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
  2. Navigate to the Clients section from the main navigation menu
  3. Click on the "Pipeline" tab in the clients section

Understanding the Pipeline View

The pipeline view organizes clients by their current stage in your sales or relationship process. The following stages are available:

LeadPotential clients that have been identified but not yet contacted
ContactedClients that have been reached out to but haven't had a formal meeting
Sales MeetingClients that have had at least one sales meeting
Contract SignedClients that have signed a contract but don't have active jobs yet
Active JobClients with currently active job postings
ArchivedInactive clients that are no longer being pursued

Each client appears as a card in the appropriate column based on their current pipeline stage.

Client Cards

Each client card in the pipeline view displays:

  • Client company name
  • Industry
  • Company size
  • Owner (with profile image if available)

Managing Clients in the Pipeline

Viewing Client Details

To view detailed information about a client:

  1. Click on the client card in the pipeline view
  2. You will be redirected to the client details page

Updating Pipeline Stage

To move a client to a different pipeline stage:

  1. Locate the client card in its current stage column
  2. Click and hold on the card
  3. Drag the card to the desired stage column
  4. Release to drop the card in the new stage
  5. The client's pipeline stage will be automatically updated in the system

Controlling Which Clients Appear in the Pipeline

Not all clients need to appear in the pipeline view. To control which clients are displayed:

  1. Navigate to the client details page
  2. In the client information form, find the "Show in Kanban" option
  3. Check or uncheck this option to show or hide the client in the pipeline view
  4. Click "Save Client" to apply the change

Tips for Effective Pipeline Management

  • Regularly update client pipeline stages to reflect the current status of your relationship
  • Use the pipeline view for quick visual assessment of your client portfolio
  • Focus on moving clients from earlier stages to later stages in the pipeline
  • Consider archiving clients that have been inactive for an extended period
