Exit Interview Completion Guide

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for completing your exit interview in the OneClickWorker platform.

Accessing the Exit Interview

  1. Sign in to your account: Navigate to app.oneclickworker.com and sign in with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Exit Interview: Once signed in, access the Exit Interview section from the navigation menu.
  3. Select "Complete Exit Interview": On the Exit Interview landing page, click on the "Complete Exit Interview" option to begin the questionnaire.

The exit interview questionnaire is divided into several sections, each focusing on different aspects of your employment experience:

  1. Primary Reason for Leaving: Select the main reason for your departure.
  2. Satisfaction Ratings: Rate your satisfaction with various aspects of your employment.
  3. Work Environment Assessment: Evaluate your work-life balance and stress levels.
  4. Resources and Training: Rate the quality of training and resources provided.
  5. Yes/No Questions: Answer questions about feedback, resources, and feeling valued.
  6. Recommendation Rating: Indicate how likely you are to recommend the workplace.
  7. Areas for Improvement: Select areas that need the most improvement.

Understanding the Questions

Primary Reason for Leaving

Select one option that best represents your main reason for leaving. Options include:

  • Career advancement elsewhere
  • Better compensation package
  • Work-life balance
  • Relocation
  • Health/personal reasons
  • Workplace culture
  • Management issues
  • Job stress/burnout
  • Further education
  • Retirement

Satisfaction Ratings

Rate your satisfaction on a scale of 1-5 (1 = Very Dissatisfied, 5 = Very Satisfied) for the following:

  • Workload and job responsibilities
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Team collaboration and support
  • Management and leadership
  • Professional growth opportunities
  • Available resources and tools
  • Communication and transparency
  • Recognition and appreciation

Work Environment Assessment

Rate on a scale of 1-5 (1 = Poor, 5 = Excellent):

  • Work-life balance
  • Stress level management
  • Support received in your role

Resources and Training

Rate on a scale of 1-5 (1 = Poor, 5 = Excellent):

  • Quality of training provided
  • Adequacy of equipment and resources
  • Effectiveness of safety protocols

Yes/No Questions

Answer Yes or No to the following:

  • Did you receive regular feedback on your performance?
  • Did you have the resources needed to perform your job effectively?
  • Did you feel valued as an employee?

Recommendation Rating

Rate on a scale of 1-5 (1 = Not at all likely, 5 = Very likely):

  • How likely are you to recommend our organization as a place to work?

Areas for Improvement

Select all areas that you believe need improvement:

  • Training and development
  • Equipment and resources
  • Staffing levels
  • Communication
  • Work schedules
  • Management support
  • Safety protocols
  • Employee recognition
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Work environment

Saving and Submitting

  1. Complete all questions: All questions must be answered before submission.
  2. Review your responses: Take time to review your answers for accuracy.
  3. Submit: Click the "Submit Exit Interview" button at the bottom of the page.
  4. Confirmation: You will be redirected to the results page upon successful submission.

Reviewing Your Responses

After submission, you can review your responses by:

  1. Returning to the Exit Interview section.
  2. Selecting "View Results" from the Exit Interview landing page.

Your responses will be displayed with visual indicators showing your satisfaction levels across different categories.

Note: Once submitted, your exit interview responses cannot be modified. Please ensure all information is accurate before submission.
