Using the People Manager

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for using the People Manager feature to analyze team dynamics and receive personalized recommendations.

Accessing People Manager

  1. Log in to your account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
  2. Navigate to the People Manager page at https://app.oneclickworker.com/people-manager
  3. Note: This feature requires a Plus plan. If you don't have access, you'll need to upgrade your subscription.

Step-by-Step Usage Guide

1. Select Team Members

The first step is to select the team members you want to include in your analysis:

  1. Locate the "Select Team Members" dropdown field at the top of the form
  2. Click on the dropdown to see a list of available team members
  3. Select one or more team members by clicking on their names
  4. Selected team members will appear as tags in the dropdown
  5. To remove a team member, click the "X" on their tag

Important Notes:

  • You must select at least one team member to proceed
  • The analysis will be more accurate if the selected team members have completed psychometric tests
  • Team members without psychometric profiles can still be included, but the analysis will be less personalized

2. Describe the Situation

Next, you need to describe the specific workplace situation you want to analyze:

  1. Locate the "Describe the Situation" text area
  2. Enter a detailed description of the current situation or challenge
  3. Be as specific as possible about the context, challenges, and relevant factors

Tips for Effective Situation Descriptions:

  • Include relevant background information
  • Describe specific behaviors or issues
  • Mention any previous attempts to address the situation
  • Keep the description factual and objective

3. Define the Desired Outcome

After describing the situation, specify what outcome you hope to achieve:

  1. Locate the "Desired Outcome" text area
  2. Clearly articulate your goals or what success would look like
  3. Be specific about measurable results when possible

Tips for Effective Outcome Definitions:

  • Focus on positive outcomes rather than problems
  • Include timeframes if relevant
  • Consider both tangible and intangible results
  • Be realistic about what can be achieved

4. Generate Analysis

Once you've completed the required fields, generate your analysis:

  1. Click the "Analyze" button at the bottom of the form
  2. Wait while the system processes your request (this may take a few moments)
  3. The analysis will appear in the "Suggestion" section below the form

Note: If you receive an error message, check that you've completed all required fields and try again.

5. Review the Analysis

After the analysis is generated, you can review the detailed recommendations:

  1. The analysis will be displayed in the "Suggestion" section
  2. The report typically includes:
    • Personality analysis of team members
    • Compatibility insights
    • Recommended approach
    • Specific action steps
    • Potential challenges and solutions

6. Use the Chat Interface

To ask follow-up questions or get more specific advice:

  1. Click the "Chat" button at the top of the suggestion panel
  2. Type your question in the text area at the bottom of the chat interface
  3. Press the "Send" button or use Ctrl+Enter to submit your question
  4. Wait for the AI to respond with additional insights
  5. Continue the conversation as needed with further questions

Tips for Effective Chat Interactions:

  • Ask specific, focused questions
  • Reference specific parts of the initial analysis
  • Provide additional context if needed
  • Ask about implementation details for recommendations

7. Switch Between Views

You can toggle between the full analysis and the chat interface:

  1. Use the "View Report" button to see the full initial analysis
  2. Use the "Chat" button to return to the conversation interface

Saving and Sharing Results

Currently, the People Manager does not have a built-in save or export function. To preserve your analysis:

  1. Copy the text from the analysis
  2. Paste it into a document or note-taking application
  3. Save the document for future reference

Best Practices

For the most effective use of the People Manager:

  1. Ensure team members have completed psychometric tests for more accurate analysis
  2. Be specific and detailed in your situation descriptions
  3. Focus on one issue at a time rather than multiple unrelated challenges
  4. Follow up with specific questions in the chat to get more targeted advice
  5. Implement recommendations gradually and observe results
