Organization Information

This guide provides information about viewing and understanding your organization details in OneClickWorker.

Accessing Organization Information

1. Log in to OneClickWorker with your credentials
2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen
3. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu
4. Your organization information is displayed in the Personal Information section

Viewing Organization Details

If you're affiliated with an organization, your profile will display:

• Organization Name: The name of your organization
• Your Role: Your role within the organization (e.g., Owner, Admin, Member)
• Organization Link: A link to view your organization's profile

Accessing Your Organization's Profile

To view your organization's full profile:

1. Navigate to the Profile page
2. In the Personal Information section, find your organization name
3. Click on the "View Organization" link next to your organization name
4. You will be redirected to your organization's profile page

Alternatively, if your organization has a custom subdomain, you can access it directly at: https://[subdomain].app.oneclickworker.com

Understanding Organization Roles

Your role within an organization determines your access permissions and available features:

• Owner: Full access to all organization settings and features
• Admin: Administrative access to most organization settings and features
• Manager: Access to team management and operational features
• Member: Basic access to organization features

Your role is displayed in the Personal Information section of your profile.

Organization Types

OneClickWorker supports different types of organizations:

• Employer: Organizations that post jobs and hire candidates
• Recruiter: Organizations that source candidates for clients

The organization type determines the available features and functionality.

Multiple Organization Affiliations

Some users may be affiliated with multiple organizations. If you're affiliated with multiple organizations:

1. Your primary organization is displayed on your profile
2. To switch between organizations, use the organization switcher in the top navigation bar
3. Each organization has its own separate settings and data

Privacy Considerations

Your organization affiliation is visible to other users of the OneClickWorker platform, depending on their permissions. This includes:

• Your organization name
• Your role within the organization
• Your affiliation with the organization
