Accessing Email Template Management
To access the Email Template Management features, you need to have one of the following roles:
- ADMIN
- EMPLOYER
- RECRUITER
Email Template Management is accessed through the Admin menu in the navigation bar:
- Log in to your account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
- Navigate to the Admin menu in the navigation bar
- Select "Notifications" from the dropdown menu
- Alternatively, go directly to https://app.oneclickworker.com/admin/notifications
Understanding Email Templates
OneClickWorker uses email templates for various automated communications throughout the recruitment process. Each template serves a specific purpose:
1. Sign Up Confirmation
- Purpose: Sent when a new user creates an account
- Key Elements: Welcome message, verification link
- When Sent: Immediately after sign-up
2. Job Application
- Purpose: Notifies employers of new job applications
- Key Elements: Job title, company name
- When Sent: When a candidate applies for a job
3. Application Status Update
- Purpose: Informs candidates about changes to their application status
- Key Elements: Status update, job title, optional message
- When Sent: When an employer updates an application status
4. Virtual Interview Request
- Purpose: Requests candidates to complete a virtual interview
- Key Elements: Job title, instructions, signup link

5. Psychometrics Test
- Purpose: Requests candidates to complete a psychometrics test
