Candidate Explorer Guide

The Candidate Explorer is a powerful AI-driven tool that allows recruiters to analyze and compare job applicants using natural language queries. This guide provides detailed instructions on how to use the Candidate Explorer effectively.

Overview

The Candidate Explorer uses advanced AI to help you:

  • Analyze individual candidate qualifications
  • Compare multiple candidates side by side
  • Evaluate personality assessments
  • Identify the best candidates for specific job requirements
  • Generate insights from resumes, cover letters, and interview transcripts

Accessing the Candidate Explorer

  1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
  2. Navigate to the "Candidate Explorer" - it's a sub menu item under 'Jobs' in the main navigation menu
  3. You will see the Candidate Explorer interface with job selection options

Selecting Jobs and Candidates

Step 1: Select a Job

  1. Use the "Select Job" dropdown menu to choose the job you want to analyze candidates for
  2. The dropdown will display all jobs you have access to
  3. Once selected, the system will load all applications for that job

Step 2: Select Candidates to Analyze

  1. After selecting a job, a list of all applicants for that job will appear
  2. Check the boxes next to the candidates you want to analyze
  3. You can select between 1 and 5 candidates at a time
  4. The system will show you how many candidates you've selected out of the maximum of 5
  5. If you try to select more than 5 candidates, the system will prevent additional selections

Step 3: Start Chatting

  1. Once you've selected your candidates, you can start asking questions in the chat interface
  2. The AI will analyze the selected candidates based on their:
    • Resumes
    • Cover letters
    • Psychometric test results (if available)
    • Interview transcripts (if available)
    • Job fit scores

Using the Chat Interface

  1. Type your question in the text input field at the bottom of the screen
  2. Click the "Send" button or press Enter to submit your question
  3. The AI will process your question and provide a detailed response
  4. You can ask follow-up questions to get more specific information
  5. To start a new conversation, click the "New Chat" button in the top right corner
