Navigating the Client List

This guide explains how to use the client list view in OneClickWorker, including how to navigate, sort, and filter clients.

Accessing the Client List

  1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
  2. Navigate to the Clients section from the main navigation menu
  3. The client list view will be displayed by default

Understanding the Client List

The client list displays all your clients in a card-based format. Each client card shows:

  • Company name
  • Industry
  • Company size
  • Owner information
  • Status (active or inactive)
  • Date added
  • Kanban visibility toggle

Sorting Clients

You can sort the client list in different ways:

  1. Look for the "Sort by:" options above the client list
  2. Click on "Name" to sort clients alphabetically by company name
    • Click again to toggle between ascending (A-Z) and descending (Z-A) order
  3. Click on "Date Added" to sort clients by when they were added to the system
    • Click again to toggle between newest first and oldest first

The current sort option will be highlighted, and an arrow (↑ or ↓) will indicate the sort direction.

The client list displays 20 clients per page. To navigate between pages:

  1. Look for the pagination controls at the bottom of the client list
  2. Click "Previous" to go to the previous page
  3. Click "Next" to go to the next page
  4. Click on a specific page number to jump directly to that page

The current page number will be highlighted.

Managing Kanban Visibility

You can control which clients appear in the Kanban pipeline view:

  1. On each client card, find the "Show in Kanban" checkbox
  2. Check the box to include the client in the Kanban view
  3. Uncheck the box to hide the client from the Kanban view

The change will be saved automatically.

Viewing Client Details

To view detailed information about a client:

  1. Click anywhere on the client card (except the checkbox or buttons)
  2. You will be redirected to the client details page

Adding a New Client

To add a new client to the system:

  1. Click the "Add New Client" button in the top-right corner of the client list
  2. You will be redirected to the client creation form
  3. Follow the steps in the Adding a New Client guide

Accessing the Kanban View

To view clients in the Kanban pipeline view:

  1. Click the "View Kanban" button in the top-right corner of the client list
  2. You will be redirected to the Kanban pipeline view
  3. Alternatively, click "View in Kanban" on any client card

Client Status Indicators

Each client card displays a status badge:

  • Green badge: Active client
  • Red badge: Inactive client

This allows you to quickly identify the status of each client.
