This guide provides instructions for using the Cover Letter Generator feature in the OneClickWorker platform.

The Cover Letter Generator creates customized cover letters based on your resume and specific job descriptions. This powerful tool allows you to apply for multiple jobs with personalized cover letters for each position, significantly increasing your application efficiency.

Accessing the Cover Letter Generator

  1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
  2. Navigate to the Cover Letter Generator from the main navigation menu on the left
  3. Click on "Cover Letter Generator" to access the feature

Subscription Requirement

Note: The Cover Letter Generator requires a paid subscription. The number of cover letters you can generate is limited by the token usage in your plan.

Generating a Cover Letter

Step 1: Select or Enter Job Information

  1. You can generate a cover letter in two ways:

    • For jobs on the platform: Select from your saved job listings
    • For external jobs: Copy and paste the job description
  2. If entering a job description manually, include:

    • Job title
    • Company name
    • Key responsibilities
    • Required qualifications

Step 2: Customize Your Preferences

  1. Select your cover letter tone (formal, conversational, enthusiastic)
  2. Choose which aspects of your experience to emphasize
  3. Specify any additional information you want to include

Step 3: Generate and Review

  1. Click "Generate Cover Letter"
  2. Review the generated cover letter
  3. Make any necessary edits or adjustments
  4. Click "Regenerate" if you want a different version

Step 4: Save and Export

  1. Click "Save" to store the cover letter in your account
  2. Export options include:
    • Download as PDF
    • Download as Word document
    • Copy text to clipboard

Using Your Cover Letter

Your generated cover letter can be:

  • Attached to applications within the OneClickWorker platform
  • Downloaded for use with external job applications
  • Saved to your account for future reference

Tips for Effective Cover Letters

  • Review before sending: Always proofread the generated content
  • Customize when needed: Add personal touches to make it more authentic
  • Keep it concise: Ideal cover letters are typically 250-400 words
  • Match the company culture: Adjust the tone to fit the organization

Token Usage

Each cover letter generation consumes tokens from your subscription plan. To check your remaining tokens:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  2. Select "Account" from the dropdown menu
  3. View your token usage under "Subscription Details"
