Accessing Team Satisfaction Results

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for administrators to view employee satisfaction results for their team members in the OneClickWorker platform.

Accessing the Admin Employee Satisfaction Dashboard

  1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account at app.oneclickworker.com with administrator privileges
  2. Navigate to the Admin Employee Satisfaction page by going to:
    • URL: https://app.oneclickworker.com/admin-employee-satisfaction
    • Or navigate through the admin menu if available

Understanding the Dashboard Layout

The Admin Employee Satisfaction dashboard is divided into two main sections:

  1. Team Members List (Left Panel)

    • Displays all team members in your organization
    • Shows basic information for each team member:
      • Name
      • Email
      • Role
    • Indicates whether each team member has completed the satisfaction questionnaire:
      • Green dot: Questionnaire completed
      • Gray dot: Questionnaire not completed
  2. Results Panel (Right Panel)

    • Initially shows a prompt to select a team member
    • Displays detailed satisfaction results for the selected team member

Viewing Team Member Results

To view a specific team member's satisfaction results:

  1. Locate the team member in the list on the left side of the dashboard
  2. Click on the team member's name to select them
  3. The right panel will update to show that team member's satisfaction results

If the selected team member has not completed the questionnaire, you'll see a message indicating that no results are available for that user.

Understanding Individual Results

When viewing a team member's results, you'll see:

  1. Team Member Information

    • Name
    • Email
    • Date when the questionnaire was completed
  2. Overall Satisfaction Score

    • A progress bar showing the average score across all questions
    • Numerical score out of 5.0
  3. Individual Question Scores

    • Scores for different aspects of work satisfaction:
      • Work Environment
      • Work-Life Balance
      • Management Support
      • Career Growth
      • Compensation
      • Team Collaboration
      • Recognition
      • Job Security
    • Each aspect has:
      • A progress bar showing the score
      • Numerical score out of 5.0

Interpreting the Results

The scores provide insights into how satisfied team members are with different aspects of their work experience:

  • High scores (4.0-5.0): Indicate areas where the employee is highly satisfied
  • Medium scores (3.0-3.9): Suggest areas that are satisfactory but could be improved
  • Low scores (1.0-2.9): Highlight potential areas of concern that may need attention

Privacy and Data Access

  • Only users with administrative privileges (ADMIN, EMPLOYER, RECRUITER, CEO) can access the team satisfaction results
  • Administrators can only view results for team members within their own organization
  • The system does not allow administrators to modify or delete employee responses

Best Practices

  1. Regular Review: Check the dashboard periodically to monitor team satisfaction
  2. Identify Patterns: Look for common themes across multiple team members
  3. Follow Up: Consider discussing results with team members to gather more context
  4. Action Planning: Develop strategies to address areas with consistently low scores
  5. Respect Privacy: Treat individual results with confidentiality

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues when accessing the dashboard:

  • Cannot See Team Members: Verify you have the correct administrative permissions
  • No Results Available: Confirm that team members have completed the questionnaire
  • Access Denied: Ensure you're logged in with an account that has administrative privileges
