Premium Feature
The support ticket system is a premium feature available exclusively to organizations with a Plus subscription plan. If you don't have access to the support ticket system, you can upgrade your subscription to gain access.

Getting Started
To access the support center, log in to OneClickWorker and navigate to the Support section from the main menu. From there, you can create new tickets, view your existing tickets, and access user guides.
