Exit Interview Viewing Guide
This guide provides detailed instructions for viewing exit interview results in the OneClickWorker platform. There are two perspectives covered in this guide:
- Employee View: For employees who have completed an exit interview and want to review their responses
- Administrator View: For administrators who need to access and analyze exit interview results from team members

Employee View
Accessing Your Results
- Sign in to your account: Navigate to app.oneclickworker.com and sign in with your credentials.
- Navigate to Exit Interview: Once signed in, access the Exit Interview section from the navigation menu (sub menu of HRM).
- Select "View Results": On the Exit Interview landing page, click on the "View Results" option to see your submitted responses.
Understanding Your Results
Your exit interview results are organized into several sections:
- Primary Reason for Leaving: Displays your selected main reason for departure.
- Overall Metrics: Shows average scores across three main categories:
- Average Satisfaction
- Work Environment
- Resources & Training
- Satisfaction Scores: Detailed breakdown of your ratings for various workplace aspects.
- Work Environment Assessment: Your ratings for work-life balance and stress levels.
- Resources and Training: Your ratings for training quality and resource adequacy.
- Yes/No Responses: Your answers to questions about feedback, resources, and feeling valued.
- Recommendation Score: How likely you are to recommend the workplace.
- Areas for Improvement: The areas you identified as needing improvement.
Interpreting Scores and Metrics
All numerical ratings are displayed with:
- Visual progress bars: The filled portion represents your rating on the scale.
- Color coding:
- Green (4-5): Excellent/Very Satisfied
- Yellow (3): Satisfactory/Neutral
- Red (1-2): Needs Improvement/Dissatisfied
- Numerical value: Your exact rating is shown alongside the visual indicator.
Administrator View
Accessing Admin Dashboard
- Sign in with admin credentials: Navigate to app.oneclickworker.com and sign in with your administrator account.
- Access Admin Dashboard: Navigate to the Admin section of the platform.
- Select "Exit Interview Results": Choose the Exit Interview Results option from the admin menu.
Navigating Team Member List
The admin view is divided into two main panels:

Left Panel - Team Members List:
- Displays all team members in your organization
- Each entry shows:
- Name
- Role
- Exit Interview Status Indicator (green dot indicates completed interview)
- Click on any team member to view their exit interview results

Right Panel - Results View:
- Initially shows a prompt to select a team member
- After selection, displays detailed exit interview results
Viewing Individual Results
When you select a team member, you'll see:

Team Member Information:
- Name
- Interview completion date

Primary Reason for Leaving: The main reason they provided for leaving.

Likelihood to Recommend: A score out of 10 showing how likely they are to recommend the workplace.

Satisfaction Ratings: Visual representation of ratings across eight categories:
- Workload
- Compensation
- Team
- Management
- Growth Opportunities
- Resources
- Communication
- Recognition

Additional Metrics: Includes Work-Life Balance and Stress Level ratings.

Employee Experience: Yes/No responses to key questions:
- Received Feedback
- Had Necessary Resources
- Felt Valued

Areas for Improvement: List of areas the employee identified as needing improvement.
Understanding Visual Indicators
The admin view uses several visual indicators to help quickly assess results:

Team Member List Indicators:
- Green dot: Team member has completed an exit interview
- Gray dot: Team member has not completed an exit interview

Rating Progress Bars:
- Green: Scores of 4-5 (Excellent/Very Satisfied)
- Yellow: Scores of 3 (Satisfactory/Neutral)
- Orange: Scores of 2 (Below Average)
- Red: Scores of 1 (Poor/Very Dissatisfied)

Yes/No Indicators:
- Green text: "Yes" responses
- Red text: "No" responses
This color coding allows administrators to quickly identify areas of strength and concern across the organization.
