Using reports dashboard
Using the Reports Dashboard
This guide explains how to use the OneClickWorker reports dashboard to view and interpret key recruitment metrics and analytics.
Accessing the Reports Dashboard
- Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
- Navigate to the Reports section from the main navigation menu
Note: The reporting features are available to users with Recruiter, Staff, Employer, or Super Admin roles.
Understanding the Dashboard Components
The reports dashboard consists of several key components:
1. Task Cards
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find task cards that provide quick access to important information:
- Most Urgent Task: Displays your most time-sensitive task with a countdown of days remaining
- Recent Task: Shows your most recently updated task
- Top Deal: Highlights your highest value opportunity
These cards help you stay on top of critical activities while reviewing your performance metrics.
2. Jobs Pipeline Chart
The main dashboard features a comprehensive bar chart that visualizes your entire recruitment pipeline:
- X-Axis: Displays each stage in your recruitment process
- Y-Axis: Shows the number of applications at each stage
- Bars: Represent the volume of applications at each stage
The stages typically include:
- Active Jobs
- New Applications
- Job Fit Report
- VI Requested (Virtual Interview)
- HI Completed (Human Interview)
- Successful Candidate
This visualization helps you identify:
- Where candidates are in your recruitment process
- Potential bottlenecks in your pipeline
- Conversion rates between stages
3. Report Generator
Below the pipeline chart, you'll find the report generator tool, which allows you to create detailed custom reports. See the Generating Detailed Reports guide for instructions on using this feature.
Interpreting Dashboard Data
Jobs Pipeline Analysis
The jobs pipeline chart provides valuable insights into your recruitment process:
-
Volume Distribution:
- Compare the height of bars to see where most applications are concentrated
- A healthy pipeline typically shows a gradual decrease from left to right
-
Bottleneck Identification:
- Look for unusual drops between adjacent stages
- If there's a significant drop between two stages, it may indicate a process issue
-
Conversion Efficiency:
- The relationship between the first and last bars shows your overall conversion rate
- Higher final bars indicate better recruitment efficiency
Best Practices for Using the Dashboard
- Regular Review: Check your dashboard weekly to monitor recruitment performance
- Compare Over Time: Note how your pipeline changes over time to identify trends
- Look for Patterns: Identify recurring bottlenecks or high-performing stages
- Take Action: Use insights to adjust your recruitment strategy
Dashboard Limitations
The current dashboard has some limitations to be aware of:
- The dashboard shows a snapshot of current data and does not provide historical trending
- The pipeline visualization is not interactive and does not support drilling down into specific stages
- Filtering capabilities are limited to the report generator section
Next Steps
After becoming familiar with the dashboard, you may want to:
- Generate detailed reports for deeper analysis
- Review your task cards and take action on urgent items
- Analyze your pipeline for potential process improvements
