Overview
Candidate sourcing in OCW allows recruiters and employers to find, evaluate, and add candidates to open roles. The system leverages AI to recommend candidates based on job fit, skills, and experience.
Accessing Candidate Sourcing
- Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/.
- In the main navigation menu, click Recruitment.
- Click on Candidate Sourcing.
Sourcing Candidates
- On the Candidate Sourcing dashboard, enter the job title or keywords for the role you are sourcing.
- Review the list of recommended candidates generated by the AI.
- Click View Profile to see candidate details.
- Click Add To Role to add the candidate to the open role.
Best Practices
- Use specific keywords and job titles for more relevant candidate recommendations.
- Regularly review and update open roles to keep sourcing results current.
- Evaluate candidate profiles thoroughly before adding to roles.
Troubleshooting
