- Type a user name, email, or template title
- The list will automatically filter to show only matching assignments
- To clear the filter, delete the search text
Viewing Detailed Progress
To view detailed progress for a specific assignment:
- Click the "View" button (eye icon) next to the assignment in the list
- This will open a detailed view showing:
- User information
- Template details

Understanding Assignment Status
Assignments can have the following statuses:
- Not Started: The user has not completed any items yet
- In Progress: The user has completed some but not all required items
- Completed: The user has completed all required items
- Overdue: The assignment or specific items have passed their due date without completion
Monitoring Overdue Assignments
Overdue assignments are highlighted in the dashboard:
- Look for assignments with an "Overdue" status
- These assignments have passed their due date without completion
- Click the "View" button to see which specific items are overdue
Generating Reports
Currently, the system does not support exporting onboarding progress reports. You can:
- Use the dashboard to monitor progress in real-time
- Take screenshots of the dashboard for record-keeping
- Note completion dates for your records
Best Practices
- Regular Monitoring: Check the assignments dashboard frequently to track progress
- Follow Up: Reach out to users with overdue items or slow progress
- Identify Patterns: Look for common sticking points across multiple users
- Adjust Templates: Use insights from tracking to improve your onboarding templates
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues when tracking progress:
- Missing Assignments: Verify that templates have been properly assigned to users
- Incorrect Progress: Ask users to refresh their onboarding page and try again
- Cannot View Details: Ensure you have administrator permissions
