This guide provides step-by-step instructions for creating, editing, and managing job listings on the OneClickWorker platform.

Overview
The Jobs feature allows you to create and manage job listings for your organization. You can create detailed job descriptions, set automation preferences for candidate selection, and track applications all in one place.
Accessing the Jobs Page
- Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
- Navigate to "My Jobs" from the main navigation menu
Creating a New Job
Basic Job Information
To create a new job:
- Click the "Create New Job" button on the My Jobs page
- Fill out the following fields in the job creation form:

Job Type | Employment type (Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship) | Yes |
Department | Department within your organization | No |
Status | Visibility level of the job listing: - Draft: Not visible to anyone - Published (Organization Only): Only visible within your organization - Public (Visible to Everyone): Visible to anyone with the link - Closed: No longer accepting applications | Yes |
Owner | Team member who will manage this job. Team members can be added through the organization settings in the admin panel. | No |
Client | The client that relates to this job. Clients can be added by visiting the Clients section in the main navigation menu. | No |
Fee Amount | The fee to be paid by the client upon successful placement. This information is not visible on the front end and is used to provide data for other features in the application. | No |
Automation Settings
The Automation Settings section allows you to enable One Click Job (OCJ) features that automate parts of the hiring process:
- Enable One Click Job: Check this box to enable automation features (requires OCJ credits)
Once OCJ is enabled, you can configure the following automation settings:
Psychometrics
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Psychometrics Test Required | When enabled, candidates must complete the test to be considered. Candidates that are required to complete the test but don't complete it won't be shortlisted. |
Applications Close Date
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Applications Close Date | Shortlisting occurs after this date. Only applications received before the deadline get job fit reports. If candidates are required to complete a psych test, job fit reports will only be generated after the psych test has been completed. |
Shortlist
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Auto Approve Shortlist | Automatically creates a shortlist based on job fit scores. |
Auto Approve Shortlist Count | Number of top candidates to include in the auto-shortlist. |
Virtual Interview
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Auto Approve Virtual Interview Requests | Automatically invites top candidates (by job fit score) to virtual interviews. |
Virtual Interview Type | Determines the interviewer's communication method (text/audio/video). The candidate will always be recorded on video. - Text: Max 20 interviews - Audio: Max 5 interviews - Video: Max 3 interviews |
Auto Approve Virtual Interview Count | Number of top candidates to invite for virtual interviews. |
Virtual Interview Questions | AI will generate interview questions based on the job description and resume. Enter additional questions for the interview or leave blank to use AI-generated questions only. |
Virtual Interview FAQ's about job | Add FAQs to enable AI to answer questions about the job/employer. |
Virtual Interview Instructions | Instructions included in the virtual interview invitation email. |
Virtual Interview Deadline | Interviews must be completed by this date to be considered. |
Best Candidate Selection
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Auto Approve Best Candidate Selection | Automatically selects the candidate with the highest job fit score after interviews. Job fit scores are updated after the interview. |
Auto Approve Best Candidate Date | Date when the successful candidate will be automatically selected. |
Successful Candidate Instructions
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Successful Candidate Instructions | Email content sent to the automatically selected successful candidate. |
Saving Your Job
After filling out the necessary information:
- Review all the information you've entered
- Click the "Create Job" button at the bottom of the form
- If successful, you'll see a confirmation message and the job will be added to your job listings
Managing Existing Jobs
Viewing Job Details
The My Jobs page displays all your job listings with key information:
- Job title and location
- Status (Draft, Published, Public, or Closed)
- Job type and department
- Salary range
- Creation date
- Automation features enabled (shown as badges)
- Number of applications received
Editing a Job
To edit an existing job:
- Find the job you want to edit in your job listings
- Click the edit (pencil) icon on the job card
- Make your changes in the edit form
- Click "Update Job" to save your changes
Viewing Applications
To view applications for a job:
- Find the job in your job listings
- Click the "View Applications" button on the job card
- This will take you to a page showing all applications for that job
Understanding Job Statuses
Jobs can have the following statuses:
Status | Description |
---|---|
Draft | Not visible to anyone, still in preparation |
Published (Organization Only) | Only visible within your organization |
Public (Visible to Everyone) | Visible to anyone with the link |
Closed | No longer accepting applications |
Automation Features
The OneClickWorker platform offers several automation features to streamline your hiring process:
- Auto Shortlist: Automatically creates a shortlist of top candidates based on job fit scores
- Auto VI Invitations: Automatically invites top candidates to virtual interviews
- Auto Select Best Candidate: Automatically selects the candidate with the highest job fit score after interviews
These features are indicated by badges on the job card when enabled.
