Overview

The Support Ticket system allows users with a paid plan to get assistance from the OCW support team. Tickets are tracked and responses are provided within 24 hours. For immediate answers, use the AI-powered chatbot in the bottom right corner of the interface.

Getting Help Without a Paid Plan

If you do not have a paid plan, you can:

  • Browse the user guides on the website
  • Watch user guides on the official OCW YouTube channel

Accessing the Support Center

  1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/.
  2. Click the question mark icon in the top right corner.
  3. Click Support.

Creating a Support Ticket

  1. In the Support Center, click Create Ticket (or New Ticket).
  2. Enter a Title and a detailed Description of your issue.
  3. Click Submit Ticket.
  4. You will be redirected to the tickets dashboard to view your submitted ticket.

Viewing Your Support Tickets

  1. In the Support Center, click View Tickets (or My Tickets).
  2. You will see a list of your open and closed support tickets.
  3. Click on a ticket to view its details and any responses from the support team.
  4. Tickets remain open until resolved or closed after several days of inactivity. If a ticket is closed before your issue is resolved, you will need to create a new ticket.
