AI Chat

This guide provides instructions for using the AI Chat feature in the OneClickWorker platform.

Overview

The AI Chat feature provides personalized career guidance and advice based on your specific profile information. Unlike generic AI assistants, this chat has access to your resume, psychometric test results, and career plan (if completed), allowing it to generate highly customized responses tailored to your unique circumstances and goals.

Accessing the AI Chat

  1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
  2. Navigate to the AI Chat from the main navigation menu on the left
  3. Click on "AI Chat" to access the feature

Subscription Requirement

Note: The AI Chat requires a paid subscription (Pro or Elite plan). Usage is limited by the number of tokens available in your subscription plan.

Using the AI Chat Feature

Step 1: Complete Your Profile

For the most personalized experience, we recommend completing:

  • Your resume (required)
  • Psychometric test (recommended)
  • Career plan (recommended)

The more information you provide, the more tailored the AI's responses will be.

Step 2: Start a Conversation

  1. Type your question or request in the chat input field
  2. Click "Send" or press Enter to submit your message
  3. Wait for the AI to generate a response based on your profile data

Step 3: Follow-Up Questions

  1. The AI may ask clarifying questions to better understand your needs
  2. Provide additional details as requested
  3. Continue the conversation naturally as you would with a career advisor

Example Use Cases

The AI Chat can help with a variety of career-related topics, including:

  • Resume enhancement: "How can I improve my resume for marketing roles?"
  • Interview preparation: "What questions should I prepare for a product manager interview?"
  • Career transitions: "How can I transition from teaching to instructional design?"

Managing Your Token Usage

To check your available tokens:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  2. Select "Account" from the dropdown menu
  3. View your token usage under "Subscription Details"

Tips for Effective AI Chat Use

  • Be specific: Ask clear, focused questions for the most helpful responses
  • Provide context: Include relevant details about your situation
  • Complete your profile: Ensure your resume, psychometric test, and career plan are up-to-date
  • Ask follow-up questions: Dig deeper into topics that need more clarification
  • Save valuable insights: Use the "Save" button to bookmark important advice

Privacy and Data Security

  • Your personal information is used solely to provide personalized responses
  • All conversations are encrypted and stored securely
  • You can delete your chat history at any time from the settings menu
