Pricing Guide

This guide explains how to manage your subscription and One Click Job (OCJ) credits in OneClickWorker.

Subscription Plans

OneClickWorker offers two subscription plans:

Free Plan

  • Unlimited job posts
  • Unlimited job applications
  • Unlimited psychometric tests
  • Basic ATS features
  • Basic CRM features
  • Basic task management

Plus Plan

  • Everything in Free, plus:
  • Per-user pricing model
  • 1 OCJ credit per user per month
  • Advanced ATS features:
    • Candidate tracking (Kanban)
    • Interview manager
    • Candidate explorer
  • Advanced CRM features:
    • Unlimited clients
    • Unlimited contacts
    • Unlimited candidates
    • Custom email templates
  • Organization management:
    • Onboarding
    • Employee satisfaction
    • Exit interviews
    • Custom branding
    • Custom domain
    • People manager
    • AI chat with KB
    • Staff turnover analytics

Managing Users

Viewing Current User Count

  1. Navigate to Subscription in the main menu
  2. Your current user count is displayed under your active plan
  3. You can also see your current OCJ credits balance

Updating User Count

  1. Click "Update user count" in the subscription page
  2. You'll see:
    • Current user count
    • Input field for new user count
    • Price per user
    • Total monthly cost
    • OCJ credits included
  3. Enter your desired number of users
  4. Review the updated cost and OCJ credit information
  5. Click "Update User Count" to confirm
  6. Follow the payment process if there's an additional cost

Important Notes About User Updates

  • Minimum user count is 1
  • Changes are prorated for the billing period
  • New OCJ credits are added immediately for additional users
  • Billing starts immediately for additional users

One Click Job Credits

Understanding OCJ Credits

  • Each Plus plan user receives 1 OCJ credit per month
  • Credits do not roll over to the next month
  • New credits are automatically added at the start of each billing period
  • Additional credits can be purchased as needed

Purchasing Additional Credits

  1. Navigate to Subscription in the main menu
  2. Scroll to the "One Click Job" section
  3. Current credit balance is displayed
  4. Each additional credit costs $19
  5. Click "Purchase" to buy more credits
  6. Follow the payment process

Credit Usage

  • 1 credit is consumed per One Click Job post
  • Credits are automatically deducted when creating a One Click Job
  • You cannot create a One Click Job without available credits
  • Current credit balance is always visible in the subscription page

Important Notes About Credits

  • Credits are tied to your organization
  • Credits cannot be transferred between organizations
  • No refunds for unused credits
  • Credits from your subscription (1 per user) refresh monthly
  • Purchased credits do not expire
