Overview

Elite Onboarding allows team members to create their own custom onboarding plans tailored to their background and goals. The AI analyzes responses, the team profile, and other organizational data to identify knowledge and skills gaps, then recommends specific actions—including suggested courses and career plan steps.

Accessing Elite Onboarding

1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/.
2. In the main navigation menu, click HRO.
3. Click on Onboarding.

Creating an Elite Onboarding Plan

1. On the Onboarding page, scroll to the Elite Onboarding Plan section.
2. Click Create Elite Onboarding Plan.
3. Select the team you are joining from the available list.
4. Answer the standardized questions about your background and goals.
5. Click Generate Custom Questions.
   • The AI will generate a set of custom questions based on your responses, your resume, and the team profile.
6. Answer the custom questions to the best of your ability.
7. Click Generate Elite Onboarding Plan.

• The system analyzes your answers, resume, team profile, and organizational data.
• The resulting plan includes:
  • Analysis of knowledge and skills gaps
  • Suggested career plan
  • Potential challenges and recommendations
  • Recommended courses from the Courses section and other actionable steps
• All recommendations are fully customized for you—no generic information is provided.

• Provide detailed and honest answers to both standardized and custom questions for the best results.
• Review the suggested actions and courses and incorporate them into your onboarding and career development.
• Use the Elite Onboarding Plan alongside any standard onboarding assignments provided by your team leader.
