Usage Monitoring
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for monitoring your usage in OneClickWorker.
Understanding Usage Limits
OneClickWorker tracks two main types of usage:
- Chat Tokens: Used for text-based communications within the platform (e.g. with the chat feature, the candidate Explorer, people Manager, etc)
- Video Minutes: Used for communicating with the general video avatar.
Your subscription plan determines your monthly allocation of chat tokens and video minutes.

- Log in to OneClickWorker with your credentials 2.a. For Candidates: Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen, then select "Account" from the dropdown menu. 2.b. For Employers/Recruiters: Click on Account in the admin section of the main navigation menu.
- Your usage information is displayed on the Account dashboard
Monitoring Chat Token Usage

Understanding Chat Token Consumption
Chat tokens are consumed when:
- You send messages through the platform's chat features
- You interact with AI-powered features that use text processing
- You generate automated messages or responses
The number of tokens consumed depends on the length and complexity of the text being processed.

Video minutes are counted based on the actual duration of your video sessions.
Usage Reset
Your usage allocations reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. The reset date is determined by your subscription start date.
For example, if you subscribed on the 15th of the month, your usage will reset on the 15th of each subsequent month.
