Account Overview
This guide provides an overview of the account management features in OneClickWorker.
Accessing Your Account
- Log in to OneClickWorker with your credentials
- Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen
- Select "Account" from the dropdown menu
Account Dashboard
The Account dashboard displays key information about your account and provides access to various settings:
Usage Statistics
The dashboard shows your current usage statistics:
- Chat Token Usage: Displays your current chat token consumption, remaining tokens, and total limit
- Video Usage: Shows your current video minutes used, remaining minutes, and total limit
These statistics are updated in real-time and reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Account Information
Your account dashboard also provides access to:
- Profile Management: Update your personal information and profile picture
- Email Settings: Configure your email display name for communications
- Notification Preferences: Manage your notification settings
Understanding Usage Limits
Your usage limits are determined by your subscription plan:
Chat Tokens
Chat tokens are consumed when you use the messaging features in OneClickWorker. Different subscription plans include different token allocations:
- Free Plan: 1,000 monthly chat tokens
- Pro Plan: 5,000 monthly chat tokens
- Elite Plan: 10,000+ monthly chat tokens
Video Minutes
Video minutes are consumed when you participate in video interviews or calls. Different subscription plans include different video minute allocations:
- Free Plan: 2 minutes
- Pro Plan: 60 minutes
- Elite Plan: Unlimited minutes
Subscription Information
Your account dashboard displays information about your current subscription plan, including:
- Plan Name: The name of your current subscription plan
- Billing Period: The start and end dates of your current billing cycle
