Viewing Your Test Results
This guide explains how to access, interpret, and use your IPIP-20 personality test results in the OneClickWorker platform.
Accessing Your Results
There are two ways to access your IPIP-20 test results:
Method 1: After Test Completion
After submitting your test answers, you'll be automatically redirected to the results page.
Method 2: From the Psychometrics Dashboard
- Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
- Navigate to the Psychometrics section from the main navigation menu
- On the Psychometrics page, click on the "View Results" card
If you haven't taken the test yet, you'll be prompted to take it first.
Understanding Your Results Page
The results page displays your scores across the five personality dimensions measured by the IPIP-20 test:
Score Display
For each personality trait, you'll see:
- The trait name (e.g., "Extraversion")
- Your numerical score out of 20
- A visual progress bar representing your score
Trait Descriptions
Below your scores, you'll find a section titled "About Your Results" with brief descriptions of each trait:
- Extraversion: Reflects your level of sociability, assertiveness, and energy in social situations
- Agreeableness: Shows your tendency to be compassionate, cooperative, and considerate of others
- Conscientiousness: Indicates your level of organization, responsibility, and goal-oriented behavior
- Neuroticism: Reflects your emotional stability and tendency to experience negative emotions
- Openness: Shows your appreciation for art, emotion, adventure, unusual ideas, and variety of experience
Interpreting Your Scores
For each trait, scores range from 4 to 20, with higher scores indicating a stronger presence of that trait:
- Scores 4-8: Low presence of the trait
- Scores 9-15: Moderate presence of the trait
- Scores 16-20: High presence of the trait
What Your Scores Mean
Extraversion
- Higher scores: You tend to be outgoing, energetic, and sociable
- Lower scores: You tend to be more reserved, reflective, and comfortable with solitude
Agreeableness
- Higher scores: You tend to be cooperative, compassionate, and considerate
- Lower scores: You tend to be more competitive, challenging, and skeptical
Conscientiousness
- Higher scores: You tend to be organized, responsible, and goal-directed
- Lower scores: You tend to be more flexible, spontaneous, and less structured
Neuroticism
- Higher scores: You tend to experience more stress, anxiety, and emotional reactivity
- Lower scores: You tend to be more emotionally stable, calm, and resilient
Openness
- Higher scores: You tend to be curious, creative, and open to new experiences
- Lower scores: You tend to be more conventional, practical, and focused on concrete facts
Actions You Can Take
From the results page, you can:
- Take the test again: Click the "Take Test Again" button in the top right corner to retake the assessment
- Return to the Psychometrics dashboard: Use the navigation menu to go back to the main Psychometrics page
Using Your Results Effectively
Your IPIP-20 results can be valuable for:
Self-Awareness
- Identify your natural tendencies and preferences
- Recognize potential blind spots or areas for development
Team Dynamics
- Understand how you might interact with different personality types
- Adapt your communication style when working with others
Career Development
- Consider roles that align with your personality profile
- Identify environments where you might naturally thrive
Important Notes
- No "good" or "bad" scores: Different traits are valuable in different contexts
- Not fixed or permanent: Personality traits can evolve over time
- Not comprehensive: The IPIP-20 is a brief assessment and doesn't capture all aspects of personality
- Self-reported: Results reflect how you see yourself, which may differ from others' perceptions
Privacy of Your Results
Your test results are visible to:
- You (the test taker)
- Administrators within your organization who have appropriate permissions
Your results may be used to generate job fit reports for positions you apply to that require psychometric assessment.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues viewing your results:
- Results not showing: You may not have completed the test yet
- Old results missing: Only your most recent test results are stored
- Page loading error: Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in
