Managing Users in Organization Subscriptions

This guide explains how to manage users within your organization's subscription plan, including adding and removing users, understanding the cost implications, and managing OCJ credits.

Understanding User Management

With the Plus plan, you pay per user in your organization. Each user gets access to premium features and receives OCJ credits monthly.

Key points to understand:

  • Each user costs $29 per month
  • Each user receives 1 OCJ credit per month
  • User count can be adjusted at any time
  • Billing is prorated when changes are made

Viewing Current User Count

Your current user count is displayed on the subscription management page:

  1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account
  2. Navigate to the "Subscription" section in your organization dashboard
  3. Your current user count and monthly cost will be displayed under your plan details

Adding Users

To add users to your organization subscription:

  1. Navigate to the subscription management page
  2. Find the "Update user count" section
  3. Enter a new number higher than your current user count
  4. Click "Update User Count"
  5. Review the confirmation dialog showing:
    • Current user count and new user count
    • Current monthly cost and new monthly cost
    • Additional cost to be charged immediately (prorated)
    • Current OCJ credits and new OCJ credits to be added
  6. Click "Confirm Update" to process the change

Important notes:

  • You will be charged immediately for the prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle
  • New OCJ credits will be added to your account immediately
  • New users will need to be invited through the team management section

Removing Users

To remove users from your organization subscription:

  1. Navigate to the subscription management page
  2. Find the "Update user count" section
  3. Enter a new number lower than your current user count
  4. Click "Update User Count"
  5. Review the confirmation dialog showing:
    • Current user count and new user count
    • Current monthly cost and new monthly cost
    • Credit amount to be applied to your account (prorated)
    • Current OCJ credits (these will not be reduced)
  6. Click "Confirm Update" to process the change

Important notes:

  • Your account will be credited for the prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle
  • OCJ credits are not reduced when decreasing user count
  • You will need to remove specific users through the team management section

Impact on OCJ Credits

One Click Job (OCJ) credits are tied to your user count:

  • Each user receives 1 OCJ credit per month
  • When adding users, you receive additional OCJ credits immediately
  • When removing users, existing OCJ credits are not reduced
  • OCJ credits do not roll over month to month
  • Additional OCJ credits can be purchased separately

Managing Team Members

After updating your user count in the subscription, you'll need to manage the actual team members:

  1. Navigate to the "Team Management" section
  2. Add or remove team members as needed
  3. Assign appropriate roles to team members

Note that your subscription user count determines how many team members can have premium access. If you have more team members than your subscription allows, some users will not have access to premium features.

How are users billed?
