One Click Job (OCJ) Credits

This guide explains what OCJ credits are, how they work, and how to purchase and use them within OneClickWorker.

What are OCJ Credits?

One Click Job (OCJ) credits are a special feature that allows organizations to utilize AI-powered job posting and candidate matching. Each OCJ credit can be used to create one AI-automated job posting with enhanced features.

How OCJ Credits Work

Allocation

• Plus Plan: 1 OCJ credit per user per month
• Additional Credits: Can be purchased separately at $19 per credit

Usage

OCJ credits enable access to the following features for each job posting:

• Psychometrics test
• Job fit report
• Job fit score
• Shortlisting
• Virtual interview invitation
• Virtual interview questions
• Virtual interview recording
• Virtual interview transcript
• Updated job fit score
• Best candidate selection
• Best candidate notification

Credit Lifecycle

• Credits from subscriptions are allocated monthly
• Credits do not roll over month to month
• Purchased credits do not expire
• Each credit is consumed when applied to a job posting

Viewing Your OCJ Credits

To check your current OCJ credit balance:

1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account
2. Navigate to the "Subscription" section in your organization dashboard
3. Your current OCJ credit balance is displayed on the subscription page

Purchasing Additional OCJ Credits

If you need more OCJ credits beyond what's included in your subscription:

1. Navigate to the subscription page
2. Scroll to the "One Click Job" section
3. Select the quantity of credits you wish to purchase
4. Click "Buy Credits"
5. Complete the payment process through the Stripe checkout

The credits will be added to your account immediately after purchase.

Using OCJ Credits

To use an OCJ credit:

1. Navigate to the "Jobs" section
2. Click "Create New Job"
3. Select "One Click Job" as the job type
4. Follow the guided process to create your job posting
5. One OCJ credit will be deducted from your account

OCJ Credit FAQ

Do OCJ credits expire?

Credits included with your subscription do not roll over month to month. Purchased credits do not expire.

Can I get a refund for unused credits?

No, OCJ credits are non-refundable once purchased.

What happens to my credits if I downgrade my subscription?

Your existing credits will remain available, but you'll receive fewer new credits in subsequent months.

Can I transfer credits between organizations?

No, OCJ credits are specific to the organization that purchased them.

How many credits do I need per job posting?

Each job posting requires one OCJ credit.
