Completing the Employee Satisfaction Questionnaire

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for completing the employee satisfaction questionnaire in the OneClickWorker platform.

Accessing the Employee Satisfaction Questionnaire

1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account at app.oneclickworker.com
2. Navigate to the Employee Satisfaction page by clicking on "Employee Satisfaction" in the main navigation menu
3. On the Employee Satisfaction dashboard, click on the "Take Questionnaire" card

Understanding the Questionnaire

The employee satisfaction questionnaire consists of 15 statements related to different aspects of your work experience. You'll be asked to rate how much you agree with each statement on a scale from 1 to 5.

The questionnaire covers five key areas:

1. Workload Management (Questions 1-3)
2. Autonomy (Questions 4-6)
3. Collaboration (Questions 7-9)
4. Meaning (Questions 10-12)
5. Work-Life Balance (Questions 13-15)

Completing the Questionnaire

1. Read each statement carefully
2. Rate how much you agree with each statement on a scale from 1 to 5:
   • 1: Strongly Disagree
   • 2: Disagree
   • 3: Neutral
   • 4: Agree
   • 5: Strongly Agree
3. Click on the number that best represents your level of agreement
4. The selected rating will be highlighted in blue
5. Continue until you've answered all 15 questions

Questionnaire Statements

The questionnaire includes the following statements:

1. I have enough time to complete my work tasks
2. The pace of work in my unit is manageable
3. I can take necessary breaks during my shift
4. I can influence decisions about my work
5. I can use my professional judgment in patient care
6. I have a say in choosing my work methods
7. I receive help from colleagues when needed
8. My supervisor provides useful feedback
9. There is good collaboration in my unit
10. My work makes a positive difference to patients
11. I find my work meaningful
12. I feel my skills are well utilized
13. My work schedule allows for adequate personal time
14. I can maintain a healthy work-life balance
15. My work commitments don't interfere with my personal life

Submitting Your Responses

1. After rating all 15 statements, click the "Submit Answers" button at the bottom of the page
2. If you haven't answered all questions, you'll see a message asking you to complete all questions
3. Once successfully submitted, you'll be automatically redirected to your results page

Important Notes

• You must answer all 15 questions to submit the questionnaire
• Your responses are confidential and will be used to calculate your satisfaction scores
• You can only see your own results, not those of other employees
• Administrators can view anonymized results to help improve workplace conditions
• The questionnaire can be completed multiple times, but only your most recent results will be displayed
