Reports Overview

The OneClickWorker platform provides comprehensive reporting tools to help you track and analyze your recruitment activities, client relationships, job performance, and candidate pipeline. This guide provides an overview of the reporting features available in the platform.

Available Reporting Features

The reporting system in OneClickWorker consists of two main components:

  1. Dashboard Analytics

    • Visual representation of your jobs pipeline
    • Overview of application stages and conversion rates
    • At-a-glance metrics for recruitment performance
  2. Detailed Report Generator

    • Customizable date ranges for reporting periods
    • Organization-wide or team member-specific reports
    • Category-specific reports (clients, jobs, candidates, fees)
    • Comprehensive metrics for each report category

Report Categories

OneClickWorker offers four main categories of reports:

  1. Clients Reports

    • Track new leads, contacts, meetings, and contracts
    • Monitor your client acquisition and conversion funnel
    • View total active client count
  2. Jobs Reports

    • Analyze job listings, applications, and interview statistics
    • Track placement rates and recruitment efficiency
    • Monitor the entire recruitment process from listing to placement
  3. Candidates Reports

    • Track candidate acquisition and pipeline growth
    • Monitor new candidate additions over time
    • View total candidate pool size
  4. Recruitment Fees Reports

    • Track total recruitment fees generated
    • Analyze average fee per job
    • Monitor financial performance of recruitment activities

Accessing Reports

To access the reporting features:

  1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
  2. Navigate to the Reports section from the main navigation menu

Note: The reporting features are available to users with Recruiter, Staff, Employer, or Super Admin roles.
