Dashboard Overview

The Admin Psychometrics dashboard is divided into two main sections:

  1. Team Members List: A sidebar displaying all team members in your organization

  • Role in the organization
  • Indicator dot showing test status:
    • Green dot: Has completed the IPIP-20 test
    • Gray dot: Has not completed the IPIP-20 test

Big Five Personality Traits

The results display includes visual representations of the team member's scores across the five personality dimensions:

  2. Agreeableness: Shown with a green progress bar
  3. Conscientiousness: Shown with a purple progress bar
  4. Neuroticism: Shown with a yellow progress bar

  4. Encourage completion: Remind team members who haven't taken the test to do so
  5. Combine with other data: Use psychometrics alongside skills, experience, and performance data

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with the Admin Psychometrics dashboard:

  • Access denied: Verify you have the correct role permissions
  • Team member not listed: Ensure they are properly assigned to your organization
  • Results not showing: The team member may not have completed the test yet
  • Loading errors: Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in
