Understanding AI Components
OneClickWorker uses AI in various parts of the platform. Each component can be customized through the AI Settings page:
1. Chat Interface
The chat interface uses the Chat System Prompt to determine how the AI responds to user queries. This prompt sets the overall behavior, tone, and capabilities of the chat AI.
2. Job Fit Reports
[Note: this feature has been temporarily disabled - we will provide updates soon].The job fit assessment feature uses the Job Fit Report Prompt to analyze candidate profiles against job requirements. This prompt guides how the AI evaluates candidates and formats the results.
3. AI Avatars
AI avatars are specialized AI personalities that can be customized for different purposes. Each avatar has its own Avatar System Prompt that defines its behavior and expertise.
4. Knowledge Bases
Knowledge bases provide specialized information to the AI. This allows the AI to access domain-specific knowledge when responding to queries or generating content.
System Prompts vs. Knowledge Bases
It's important to understand the difference between system prompts and knowledge bases:
- System Prompts define how the AI behaves, including its tone, style, and approach to answering questions.
- Knowledge Bases provide the AI with specific information it can reference when answering questions.
For example:
- A system prompt might instruct the AI to "Answer questions in a friendly, professional tone and focus on practical advice."
- A knowledge base might contain specific information about your organization's policies, procedures, or industry knowledge.
Best Practices
For effective AI settings management:
- Be specific in your prompts to get the desired AI behavior
- Test your changes after modifying settings to ensure they work as expected
- Keep knowledge bases focused on relevant, accurate information
- Update regularly as your organization's needs evolve
- Document your changes to maintain consistency across your team
