Task Management Overview

OneClickWorker's task management system allows users to efficiently track and manage work tasks. This guide provides an overview of the task management features available in the platform.

Available Task Management Features

  1. Task Board View

    • View tasks in a Kanban board format with To-do, In Progress, and Done columns
    • Drag and drop tasks between columns to update their status
    • Quick access to task details
  2. Task List View

    • View all tasks in a table format
    • See task details including title, client, job, priority, deadline, tags, and people
  3. Task Creation and Editing

    • Add new tasks with detailed information
    • Edit existing task details
    • Associate tasks with clients and jobs
    • Set priorities and deadlines
  4. Task Details

    • View and edit comprehensive task information
    • Add and manage subtasks
    • Add comments for collaboration
    • Track task attachments
  5. Task Status Management

    • Update task status (To-do, In Progress, Done)
    • Track progress of tasks through their lifecycle
