Organization Subscriptions

This guide provides detailed information about subscription plans available for employers and recruiters using OneClickWorker.

Accessing Subscription Management

  1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account
  2. Navigate to the "Subscription" section in your organization dashboard
  3. You will see your current subscription plan and available options

Available Plans

Free Plan

The Free plan provides basic access to OneClickWorker's recruitment tools at no cost.

  • ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

    • Unlimited applicants
    • Candidate tracking (Kanban)

Plus Plan

The Plus plan offers enhanced features for growing organizations, including premium user management.

Price: $29 per user per month

Features include all Free plan features, plus:

    • Interview manager

    • Inbox (contact records)
    • Custom email templates
  • Organization Management

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing Current Subscription

Your current subscription details are displayed at the top of the subscription page, including:

  • Current plan name
  • Number of premium users (for paid plans)
  • Monthly cost
  • Available OCJ credits

Subscribing to a Plan

  1. Navigate to the subscription page
  2. Review the available plans and their features
  3. For the Plus plan, select the number of users you need
  4. Click "Subscribe" on your chosen plan
  5. Complete the payment process through the Stripe checkout

Updating User Count (Plus Plan)

If you need to add or remove users from your Plus plan:

  1. Navigate to the subscription page
  2. Find the "Update user count" section
  3. Enter the new number of users
  4. Click "Update User Count"
  5. Review the cost difference and OCJ credit changes
  6. Confirm the update

When increasing user count:

  • You will be charged immediately for the prorated amount
  • Additional OCJ credits will be added to your account

When decreasing user count:

  • Your account will be credited for the prorated amount
  • Note that OCJ credits are not reduced

Managing Your Subscription

To manage billing details, update payment methods, or cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to the subscription page
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. You will be redirected to the Stripe customer portal
  4. From there, you can:
    • Update payment methods
    • View billing history
    • Change billing address
    • Cancel subscription

One Click Job Credits

OCJ credits allow you to use AI-powered job posting and candidate matching features.

  • Plus plan includes 1 OCJ credit per user per month
  • Additional credits can be purchased separately
  • Credits do not roll over month to month
