Personal Information

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for managing your personal information in OneClickWorker.

Accessing Your Personal Information

  1. Log in to OneClickWorker with your credentials
  2. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen
  3. Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu
  4. The Personal Information section is displayed at the top of the page

Viewing Your Personal Information

The Personal Information section displays:

  • Profile Picture: Your current profile image
  • Name: Your full name
  • Email: Your registered email address
  • Role: Your role in the system
  • Organization: Your affiliated organization (if applicable)

Managing Your Profile Picture

Your profile picture is displayed throughout the OneClickWorker platform. To update your profile picture:

Uploading a New Profile Picture

  1. Navigate to the Profile page
  2. Locate your profile picture in the Personal Information section
  3. Click the "Change Picture" button below your profile picture
  4. Select an image file from your device (supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF)
  5. The image will be automatically uploaded and processed
  6. Once the upload is complete, your new profile picture will be displayed immediately

Best Practices for Profile Pictures

For the best results:

  • Use a square image (will be cropped to a circle)
  • Use an image with dimensions of at least 200x200 pixels
  • Choose a clear, professional headshot
  • Ensure good lighting and contrast
  • Make sure your face is clearly visible

Removing Your Profile Picture

Currently, you cannot remove your profile picture once it's set. To change your picture, you must upload a new one to replace the existing image.

Viewing Your Name and Email

Your name and email address are set during account creation and displayed in the Personal Information section:

  • Name: This is your full name as it appears throughout the platform
  • Email: This is your registered email address used for account login and communications

Note: To change your name or email address, please contact support at support@oneclickworker.com.

Understanding Your Role

Your role determines your access permissions and available features within OneClickWorker:

  • Candidate: Access to job search, applications, and candidate features
  • Employer: Access to job posting, candidate management, and employer features
  • Recruiter: Access to candidate sourcing, job management, and recruiter features
  • Admin: Full access to all features and administrative controls

Your role is displayed in the Personal Information section and is typically set during account creation or by an administrator.

Organization Information

If you're affiliated with an organization, your organization's name will be displayed in the Personal Information section:

  • The organization name is shown as a link
  • Clicking the link will take you to your organization's profile page

Privacy Considerations

Your personal information may be visible to other users of the OneClickWorker platform, depending on your role and their permissions. Consider the following privacy guidelines:

  • Use a professional profile picture
  • Ensure your name is displayed correctly
  • Be aware that your role and organization affiliation are visible to others
