Job Automation Settings Guide
NOTE: Automation features require OneClickWorker credits. You can purchase credits from the Credits page. You also receive one credit per user per month on the Plus Plan.

Introduction to Automation
OneClickWorker's automation features help streamline your hiring process by automatically handling candidate screening, interview scheduling, and selection. These features can save you significant time and resources while ensuring a consistent evaluation process.
Enabling One Click Job
To use automation features, you must first enable One Click Job (OCJ):
- In the job creation or edit form, locate the "Automation Settings" section
- Check the "Enable One Click Job" box
- Note: You must have available OCJ credits to enable this feature
- If you don't have enough credits, you'll see an error message
Psychometrics Settings
Psychometric testing helps evaluate candidates' personality traits and cognitive abilities.

Psychometrics Test Required | When enabled, candidates must complete the test to be considered for the position. Candidates who don't complete the test won't be shortlisted. | Enable this for roles where personality fit and cognitive abilities are important factors. |
Applications Close Date
This setting determines when applications will stop being accepted and when the automation process begins.

Applications Close Date | Shortlisting occurs after this date. Only applications received before the deadline get job fit reports. If candidates are required to complete a psych test, job fit reports will only be generated after the psych test has been completed. | Set this date at least 1-2 weeks after posting the job to ensure you receive enough applications. |
Shortlist Automation
Shortlisting automation helps you identify the most promising candidates based on job fit scores.

Virtual interviews allow you to evaluate candidates without scheduling live interviews.

Best Candidate Selection
This feature automatically selects the top candidate based on job fit scores after interviews.

Automation Workflow
When you enable automation, the process follows this general workflow:
- Application Collection: Applications are collected until the Applications Close Date
- Psychometric Testing: If enabled, candidates complete psychometric tests
- Shortlisting: The system automatically shortlists top candidates based on job fit scores
- Virtual Interviews: Shortlisted candidates are invited to complete virtual interviews
- Final Selection: The system selects the best candidate based on updated job fit scores
- Notification: The selected candidate receives the instructions you've provided
Troubleshooting
