Managing Client Documents

This guide explains how to upload, view, and manage documents associated with clients in the OneClickWorker platform.

Accessing Client Documents

  1. Log in to your OneClickWorker account at https://app.oneclickworker.com/
  2. Navigate to the Clients section from the main navigation menu
  3. Find the client you want to manage in the client list
  4. Click on the client's name to access their details page

Viewing Existing Documents

The Documents are locate at the bottom.

Uploading New Documents

To upload a new document for a client:

  1. Navigate to theclient details page
  2. Click the "Upload Document" button
  3. Select the document type from the dropdown menu
  4. Click "Choose File" to select a file from your computer
  5. Click the "Upload" button
  6. The document will be uploaded and added to the client's document list

Supported Document Types

You can upload various types of documents, including:

  • Contracts
  • Proposals
  • Agreements
  • Meeting Notes
  • Requirements
  • Other

File Size Limitations

  • Maximum file size: 10MB
  • Supported file formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, PPT, PPTX, TXT, JPG, PNG

Downloading Documents

To download a document:

  1. Navigate to the client details page
  2. Find the document you want to download in the list
  3. Click the "Download" button next to the document
  4. The file will be downloaded to your computer

Document Security and Privacy

All documents uploaded to the OneClickWorker platform are:

  • Securely stored with encryption
  • Only accessible to authorized users within your organization
  • Not shared with clients or external parties unless explicitly shared

Best Practices for Document Management

  • Use descriptive file names for easy identification
  • Select the appropriate document type for better organization
  • Regularly review and remove outdated documents
  • Ensure all team members know where to find important client documents
