Intro:
The support ticket system lets paid users request direct help from the OCW team. For most questions, the AI-powered chatbot or user guides provide instant answers.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Ensure you have a paid plan to access the support ticket system.
  2. For quick help, try the AI-powered chatbot (bottom right corner) or check the user guides (website/YouTube).
  3. If you need further assistance, click the question mark icon (top right), then click Support.
  4. Click Create a Ticket to open a new support request.
  5. Provide detailed information about your issue and click Submit.
  6. Check ticket responses by clicking View Tickets in the support tickets dashboard.
  7. Tickets remain open until resolved or closed after inactivity. If closed before resolution, create a new ticket.
