Intro:
The support ticket system lets paid users request direct help from the OCW team. For most questions, the AI-powered chatbot or user guides provide instant answers.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Ensure you have a paid plan to access the support ticket system.
- For quick help, try the AI-powered chatbot (bottom right corner) or check the user guides (website/YouTube).
- If you need further assistance, click the question mark icon (top right), then click Support.
- Click Create a Ticket to open a new support request.
- Provide detailed information about your issue and click Submit.
- Check ticket responses by clicking View Tickets in the support tickets dashboard.
- Tickets remain open until resolved or closed after inactivity. If closed before resolution, create a new ticket.
