The Candidate Sourcing tool (external) uses AI to find and score potential candidates for your jobs, generate outreach messages, and keep your LinkedIn account safe.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Make sure you are on a paid plan.
Go to Candidates > Source Candidates in the main menu.
Select the job you want to source candidates for from the drop-down menu.
Choose the number of candidates to include in the search results.
Click Source Candidates and wait for the AI to process the job description and return results.
Review the candidate list (ordered by score). View LinkedIn profiles and check for profile images.
Review AI-generated outreach messages (for candidates with a score above 50). Copy messages or mark candidates as contacted as needed.
Click Save Candidates And Outreach Messages to add candidates to your application pipeline (sourced or contacted stages).
View outreach messages via the outreach badge on job application cards. View candidate data via the resume badge.
For best results, ensure your job descriptions are detailed and relevant.
