Quickstart Guide
Intro:
HRO (Human Resource Optimization) is OCW’s framework for building a high-performing, personally fulfilled workforce using the R.O.D.E (Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Environment) model.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Go to HRO Admin > HRO Strategy in the main navigation menu.
- Review the slide presentation to understand HRO and its importance.
- Click Create HRO Strategy to begin the questionnaire (10–20 minutes, progress can be saved).
- Answer all questions about your department, team, or business.
- Submit the questionnaire when complete.
- Review the AI-generated reports: Executive Summary, R.O.D.E Impact Analysis, R.E.C.E Impact Analysis, Recommended Strategy & Prioritized Actions, and OCW feature recommendations.
- Create additional strategies for other departments or edit existing ones as needed to generate new reports.
