Quickstart Guide

Intro:
Custom onboarding plans let admins create tailored onboarding experiences for each team member, improving effectiveness over generic plans. Paid plan required.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Ensure you have admin access and a paid plan.
  2. Go to HRO Admin > Onboarding in the main navigation menu.
  3. Click Create A Template to start a new onboarding plan. Enter a name and (optionally) a description.
  4. Add sections to organize the plan. (Click Sections and enter titles and optional descriptions.)
  5. Add items to each section (checklist, text response, multiple-choice, file upload, acknowledgment, etc.).
  6. Continue adding sections and items until the plan is complete.
  7. Assign the onboarding plan to one or more team members via Assignments (optionally set a deadline).
  8. Each assigned team member will see the onboarding plan in their HRO > Onboarding dashboard and can complete steps over time.
  9. Users must mark each step as complete. When all required steps are done, they can click Submit Assignment.
  10. Managers can view assignment progress and responses via the Assignments section.
