Quickstart Guide

Intro:
Managing your clients in OCW is simple and flexible. You can add unlimited clients, assign owners, and organize them by pipeline stage for easy tracking.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Click Clients in the navigation menu.
  2. Click Add a new client.
  3. Fill in the client details (most fields are optional).
  4. (Optional) Assign an owner from your team in the Owner section.
  5. (Optional) Select the desired Pipeline Stage for the client.
  6. Click Create client to save.
  7. Switch between list view and pipeline (Kanban) view using the View Kanban / Pipeline button. Scroll right to see all stages.
  8. Click any client in the list or pipeline to view detailed information.

Q: Is there a limit to the number of clients I can add?
A: No, you can add an unlimited number of clients for free.

Q: Can I assign multiple owners to a client?
A: Currently, you can assign one owner per client. Consider using notes for additional team context.
