Quickstart Guide
Intro:
One Click Job (OCJ) lets you automate your recruitment process using AI and automations. You can enable psychometrics, shortlisting, virtual interviews, and best candidate selection with just a few clicks.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Go to Jobs in the navigation menu.
- Click My Jobs then Create a new job.
- Fill out the job details as usual.
- In Automation Settings, check your available OCJ credits (or ensure you are on a paid plan).
- Enable One Click Job by checking the box.
- (Optional) Enable Psychometrics if you want to require the psychometrics test.
- Set the Applications close date.
- (Optional) Enable Shortlist and set the number of candidates to shortlist.
- (Optional) Enable Virtual Interview, choose the interview type (text, audio, video), set the number of candidates, add questions/FAQ, and set the interview deadline.
- (Optional) Enable Best candidate selection to let the platform automatically select the top candidate.
- Add instructions for the successful candidate.
- Submit the job listing.
