Quickstart Guide

Intro:
One Click Job (OCJ) lets you automate your recruitment process using AI and automations. You can enable psychometrics, shortlisting, virtual interviews, and best candidate selection with just a few clicks.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Go to Jobs in the navigation menu.
  2. Click My Jobs then Create a new job.
  3. Fill out the job details as usual.
  4. In Automation Settings, check your available OCJ credits (or ensure you are on a paid plan).
  5. Enable One Click Job by checking the box.
  6. (Optional) Enable Psychometrics if you want to require the psychometrics test.
  7. Set the Applications close date.
  8. (Optional) Enable Shortlist and set the number of candidates to shortlist.
  9. (Optional) Enable Virtual Interview, choose the interview type (text, audio, video), set the number of candidates, add questions/FAQ, and set the interview deadline.
  10. (Optional) Enable Best candidate selection to let the platform automatically select the top candidate.
  11. Add instructions for the successful candidate.
  12. Submit the job listing.
