Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Ensure you are on a paid plan and understand the impact of custom job-fit settings.
  2. Go to AI Settings > job-fit in the OCW main menu.
  3. Choose to create or edit a pre-interview or post-interview job-fit configuration.
  4. Enter a name for your configuration.
  5. Set the Score Weights for each element (must total 100).
  6. Make sure the system prompt weights match the slider weights.
  7. Add any custom instructions to the system prompt as needed.
  8. Optionally, set your configuration as the default for automations.
  9. Click Create Configuration to save.
  10. Edit configurations at any time by clicking Edit next to the config.
