Psychometrics (Free Standard Test)

Intro:
OCW provides a free standard psychometrics test (Big Five) for all users. Paid users can create custom tests and use AI chat to analyze results and career plans.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Create an OCW account (required for privacy management).
2. Go to the Psychometrics section and select the standard test.
3. Complete the 20-question Big Five test (takes a few minutes).
4. View your results instantly after submitting.
5. (Candidates) If you have a resume and test results, you can include both with one click when applying for a job.
6. (Admins) View team members' results and use People Manager or Candidate Explorer for AI-powered analysis and recommendations.
7. (Paid users) Use the AI chat to discuss your results, get scenario-specific insights, and receive skill improvement suggestions.

NOTE: Job applications for non-logged in users: After submitting an application all candidates will be required to verify their email address. If candidates have applied for a job that requires a psych test they will also need to click a second link in the same verification email that will direct them to set a password for their account and login in order to complete the psych test. Upon completion of the psych test candidates can see the job applications where they have consented to allow their psych test to be made available at the bottom of the psych test results page.

Job application cards: The badge for the psych test has been changed to 'psych test result’

Psych test invitation: Recruiters can invite candidates that have already applied to to a job to complete a psych test by clicking a badge on the job application card called 'request psych test'. This triggers an email that will be sent to the candidate that will ask them to sign in (or create an account if they don't have one) in order to complete the psych test. When the psych test is completed, it will automatically be made available to the job application where they consented to make it available.
