Intro:
Custom psychometrics tests let you assess team members for roles, teams, and workplace scenarios. Create tests manually or with AI assistance from the HRO Admin dashboard (paid plan required).
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Ensure you are on a paid plan.
- Go to HRO Admin > Surveys & Tests in the main navigation menu.
- To create a test manually:
- Click Create Template
- Enter a name, add sections, and create items (questions)
- Save your template
- To create a test with AI assistance:
- Click Create Template, enter a name and description, then click AI Assisted Creation
- Provide the objective, select competencies, target role, and context
- Enter the number of questions and click Generate Questions
- Review and save the generated test (multiple choice only)
- Assign tests to team members via Assignments (optionally set a due date)
- Team members complete assigned tests from their own HRO > Surveys & Tests dashboard
