Quickstart Guide

Intro:
The Internal Candidate Sourcing tool uses AI to match candidates from your internal database to job listings, generate outreach messages, and streamline your recruiting workflow. Paid plan required.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Ensure you have a paid plan and access to the Candidates module.
  2. Go to Candidates > Internal Sourcing in the main menu.
  3. Select a job from the drop-down menu.
  4. Choose the number of candidates you want in the search results.
  5. Click Find Matching Candidates. Wait for the AI to analyze and score candidates.
  6. Review the list of candidates (ordered by score).
  7. Review any AI-generated outreach messages (for candidates with scores above 50).
  8. Copy outreach messages as needed and mark candidates as contacted if you reach out.
  9. Click Save Select Candidates to save the results.
  10. Candidates will be added to the appropriate stage in your application pipeline (sourced/contacted).
  11. Outreach badges and messages appear on job application cards for relevant candidates.
