Intro:
Manage your candidate pool easily in OCW—add, review, edit, and bulk upload candidates for free. You can link candidates to jobs and owners for streamlined tracking.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Click Candidates in the main navigation menu the click Manage Candidates.
- To add a single candidate:
- Click Add Candidate.
- Fill in the candidate details.
- (Optional) Link the candidate to a specific job and owner.
- Click Add Candidate to save.
- To bulk upload candidates:
- Click Bulk Upload.
- Upload your CSV file.
- Map your CSV fields to OCW fields and confirm the upload.
- To review or edit a candidate:
- Click the candidate in the list to view or edit their details.
- To delete a candidate:
- Check the box to the left of the candidate and click delete.

A: No, you can add an unlimited number of candidates for free.
