Quickstart Guide

Intro:
Manage your candidate pool easily in OCW—add, review, edit, and bulk upload candidates for free. You can link candidates to jobs and owners for streamlined tracking.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Click Candidates in the main navigation menu the click Manage Candidates.
  2. To add a single candidate:
    • Click Add Candidate.
    • Fill in the candidate details.
    • (Optional) Link the candidate to a specific job and owner.
    • Click Add Candidate to save.
  3. To bulk upload candidates:
    • Click Bulk Upload.
    • Upload your CSV file.
    • Map your CSV fields to OCW fields and confirm the upload.
  4. To review or edit a candidate:
    • Click the candidate in the list to view or edit their details.
  5. To delete a candidate:
    • Check the box to the left of the candidate and click delete.
