Quickstart Guide

Intro:
Surveys let admins gather targeted information from team members using custom templates. Create, assign, and track surveys from the HRO Admin dashboard. Paid plan required.

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Ensure you have admin access and a paid plan.
  2. Go to HRO Admin > Surveys and Tests in the main navigation menu.
  3. Click Create Template, enter a title, select template type, and fill out optional fields (description, industry, etc.).
  4. Add sections to the template (title and optional description).
  5. Add items (questions/instructions) to each section, choosing the appropriate item type and options.
  6. Assign the survey to team members via Assignments > Create A New Assignment (optionally set a due date).
  7. Team members access and complete assigned surveys in their HRO > Surveys And Tests dashboard.
  8. Admins review responses and track completion via the Progress section.
