Intro:
Viewing job listings in OCW is simple. Use the arrow icon on job cards or browse all jobs to see details and organization info.
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Go to Jobs in the main navigation menu.
- Click Browse Jobs to see all available job listings.
- To view a specific job, click the arrow icon on the job listing card.
- If the job is public, it will appear for all users in the browse list.
- To see more about the organization, click the organization logo on the job listing page.
- On the organization page, you can view all active jobs and click any job to see its details.

Q: How do I view a job I just created?
A: View your job by going to Jobs then My Jobs then clicking the arrow icon on the job card. You can also view a job by going to Jobs > Browse Jobs and find your job in the list. Click the arrow icon to view details.
Q: Who can see my job listing?
A: Jobs can be set to public, published or draft. If the job is public, all users can view it. Published jobs are only visible to you and your team.
Q: What does the arrow icon do?
A: The arrow icon on the job card opens the full job listing page with all details.
Q: Can users see my organization’s other jobs?
A: Yes, clicking the organization logo takes users to your organization page, where they can see all active jobs.
Q: How do I edit or delete a job?
A: Use the edit or delete icons on the job card in My Jobs to manage your listings.
